Shelby brings a diverse and dynamic background to the team. Her early career in Dallas’s bar and restaurant scene provided invaluable opportunities to build strong relationships and network within some of the city’s most influential circles. She later joined one of Dallas’s leading branding agencies, where she helped coordinate events for high-profile clients, including Mark Cuban–backed companies such as Cyberdust.
Working directly with CEOs and executive teams gave Shelby a unique perspective on organizational structure, operational efficiency, and the level of execution required to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
After relocating from Dallas, she purchased a home in Flower Mound and earned her real estate license, bringing her expertise and experience to The Buehler Group. Now, after 17 years of contributing to the family business, Shelby has stepped into the role of Team Operator. She is committed to advancing the company with a clear vision, a strong mission, and the support of an exceptional team.
